  1.                 The following instruction will install the video driver
  2.                        for an installed version of Windows 3.0
  3. =============================================================================

  5. step 1 - Install Windows 3.0 on your system as per instruction from MicroSoft.
  6.  
  7. step 2 - Copy the 'setup.inf' file from the supplied drivers disk to Windows directory.
  8.  
  9. step 3 - Start Windows 3.0
  10.  
  11. step 4 - Click on 'Windows Setup' in MAIN
  12.  
  13. step 5 - Click on 'Options'
  14.  
  15. step 6 - Click on 'Change System Settings...'
  16.  
  17. step 7 - Click on the 'Display:' more option
  18.  
  19. step 8 - Select a driver, click on 'OK'
  20.  
  21. step 9 - Select 'Restart Windows' or 'Return to DOS'
  22.  
  23. ========================== Installation Complete ============================

  25. NOTE: If you did NOT see the message
  26.       "You system settings have been changed"
  27.       "You need to restart Windows so that all installed"
  28.       "options can take effect."

  32. step 10 - Run "setup.exe" from DOS

  34. step 11 - Select the 'display:' from the System Information list

  36. step 12 - Select a driver of your choice

  38. step 13 - Accept the configuration shown above

  40. step 14 - Repeat the installation process from step 1

  43. Note: The colors.exe file is a windows program which will display the
  44.       total colors available with the driver you have chosen.
